Order Cancellation

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns & Refunds

We thoroughly inspect all products for quality and damage before shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us immediately by emailing a photo of the product to mail.lunapearl@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship a replacement of the same product.

A refund will only be issued if the item is out of stock. In this case, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-12 business days, minus the initial shipping charges.

Please Note: We cannot accept any claims for damaged products without an unboxing video showing a 360-degree view of the package and the unboxing process. Claims not reported within the 24-hour time frame will not be processed.
